EASTER BUNNY COOKIES
These easter bunny cookies are soft, chewy, and need just a few ingredients to make!
1 Cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
2 Servings Nuzest Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff
1/2 Cup Monk fruit syrup
3/4 Cup tahini paste (hulled)
1 Tsp vanilla extract 1/3 Cup chocolate chips

You are going to love these healthy sesame coconut cookies. They are soft, chewy, and need just a few ingredients to make! NO eggs, NO FUSS, NO grains, and NO refined sugar, these are an Easter 🐣 favourite!
Heat the monk fruit sugar slightly in the microwave for 1min. Add Your tahini paste and mix until smooth.
Then add the liquid mixture to the rest of the ingredients and mix together until smooth and even batter. Cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge to set for 40min.

The fridge start by heating the oven to 180C/350F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and using your hands, form 12 balls of dough and place them on the lined tray. Or you can roll out your dough and cut out the desired shapes.
Bake for 15min.
Allow to cool once baked and coat the cookies with your sugar free dark chocolate and decorate as you please.
