Turn your breakfast into a delicious meal with this double choc strawberry breakfast.


Ingredients

1 Cup of gluten free cereal of choice. This is to use as the base layer, 1/2 a cup per serving.


FOR THE LAYERS OF COCONUT YOGHURT:


COCONUT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE LAYER


  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Serving of Kids Good Stuff Chocolate
  • 1 Teaspoon of dark cacao powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of monk fruit syrup
  • 1/3 Cup of coconut yoghurt
  • 2 Tablespoons of chopped dehydrated strawberries

STRAWBERRY COCONUT LAYER



Method

Blend each layer separately until smooth, once smooth you can layer your base granola or cereal of your choice.


Option sprinkle with some dehydrated berries and coconut
