Clean Lean Protein recipe
Made without any processed refined flours and sugars, these easy yummy donuts are great as you can customise them to your favourite flavour when it comes to adding your protein powder.

Ingredients

Donut dough:


  • 2 Cups almond flour
  • 1/2 Cup monk fruit syrup *optional
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 Cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 Cup Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein or your favourite flavour
  • 1/2 Tsp Reishi mushroom powder
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup coconut flour


Cinnamon + sugar dust:

  • 1/3 Cup powdered monk fruit icing
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon powder

How easy are these fluffy, delicious keto friendly donuts!

Made without any processed refined flours and sugars, these easy yummy donuts are great as you can customise them to your favourite flavour when it comes to adding your protein powder.

For the topping all you need is a little cinnamon keto friendly icing dust.


Method

Start by preheating the oven to 180C/350F. Grease a 12-count muffin pan generously and set aside.


In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients, except for the powdered sugar. Once combined, transfer into a ziplock bag. 


Cut one corner of the bag and squeeze out the batter into the greased pan. Bake the donuts for 20 minutes. 


Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool completely, before dipping  them in the powdered cinnamon sugar dust.
