Ingredients

1 Cup hulled tahini paste or peanut butter

2 Scoops of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

1 Packet of crushed coconut crunch

1/2 Cup dark melted chocolate (keto friendly)

Method

Easy… just add it all together and mix. Pour the mixture into your non stick moulds. Freeze for 1.5hours. Keep them in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for 2weeks or more. Allow to thaw for a few minutes once you e taken it from the freezer.
