Clean Lean Protein Good Green Vitality
These easy to make super green, collagen, omega 3 fats + high in fiber bites are not only Low in calories but they are high in protein + fiber! Containing added calcium + let’s not forget iron and zinc!

Ingredients

1/2 Cup room temperature water

1 Cup pre-boiled water

3 Tbsp gelatine 

3 Servings Nuzest Good Green Vitality

2 Servings Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein 

1 Tsp raw dark cacao powder

1 Tbsp collagen powder type 1,2 + 3

1.5 Cups coconut water

1/2 Cup chia seeds

1 Tsp monk fruit powder **optional

1 Pack of coconut crunch **

200g Kale

1 Broccoli stalk chopped

These bites are Keto, paleo friendly!


Method

Add the gelatine to the room Temp water and mix well. Followed by the pre-boiled water. Set aside whilst you make the green blend.

In your blender add all the other ingredients together until thick and smooth. Once done add the gelatine mix to the green mixture and blend until smooth.

Pour into your non stick moulds and place them in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours.

NOTES: ** toasted coconut crunch is optional but believe me you want to add it, @cocobynuco coconut crunch is full of flavour and free from processed ingredients! If you love the taste of coconut 🥥 it’s a must in this recipe.
