COCONUT OATMEAL THUMBPRINT COOKIES

Simple easy fuss free cookies for the whole family.
2 Cups of rolled oats
1/4 Cup of Monk fruit granulated powder
1 Teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of pink salt
2 Servings of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1/4 Cup of smooth macadamia nut butter
1/3 Cup of almond milk
1 Packet of crushed toasted coconut from @cocobynuco
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons of sugar free natural preserved strawberry jam.
Blend all the ingredients together until a dough consistency. Once blended, you can start scooping out the small sized cookies by using a tablespoon measurement. Roll them into balls and flatten them out by printing your thumb in the centre.
Fill each impression with 1/2 teaspoon preserves.
Bake the cookies in a preheated 325F oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown and firm to the touch.
