COCONUT CASHEW ICE-CREAM SANDWICH

Looking for something rich in protein, creamy and smooth? Try this delicious combination of coconut cream, cashew nut butter and Clean Lean Protein.
2 Nuzest Clean Lean Peanut butter protein bars (cut in half)
For the creamy greens ice-cream:
- 1 Cup coconut flesh
- 1/2 Cup coconut cream
- 1 Serv Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 Serv Nuzest Good Green Vitality
- 1/3 Cup cashew nut butter
- 3 Tbs Monk fruit syrup
- 1/3 Cup coconut milk
- 1/2 Frozen banana
Blend thr creamy greens together until smooth. Set aside.
Start filling your moulds with the peanut butter protein bars as thr base, top with creamy greens. Drizzle dark raw melted chocolate and finally topped with the rest of the protein bars.
Freeze for 1hour. Before serving allow to thaw for 5min and cut in half.
