Feel it is so easy to just give up healthy eating during the holidays?
Often ending up in regrets once January hits…So, why not just find balance by adding more healthier alternatives to some not so healthy dishes.
This Festive season we want to find simple ways by making healthy eating more accessible throughout the season.
Rather than eating out for every meal or just noshing on that gift box of holiday goodies throughout the day, try some healthy holiday eating hacks. Simple baked brownies, yet still delicious less the nasty ingredients.
1 Cup of Pumpkin puree
2 Servings of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1/2 Cup of Almond butter
2 Tablespoons of raw dark cacao powder
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/3 Teaspoon of pumpkin spice .
Heat the oven to 180C Degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour into your small moulds and bake for 15-18min depending on the size of the moulds.
Once baked, allow to cool.
Top with a vanilla coconut cream by adding Nuzest clean Lean Vanilla to the coconut cream with a touch of cinnamon spice.
