Starting your day with a good protein rich meal, is a great way to keep hunger at bay. Protein allows us to feel full. Due to the activation of the body's appetite hormone, which reduces cravings and overeating. The hunger hormone is stimulated due to a drop in the hunger hormone ghrelin, providing satiety. Aim for at least 20g of high quality protein with the essential amino acid profile.
