CHOCOLATE NICE-CREAM MAGNUMS

These easy to make chocolate protein infused nice-creams are the ultimate must have in your freezer this summer!
Free from any preservatives, refined sugars, trans fats.
Plus they are super clean, but deliciously mean.
2 Ripe Large bananas
1 Serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1/3 Cup smooth runny almond butter
1 Tbsp nut milk
1/3 Cup melted coconut butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 Cup Dark cacao powder
1 Tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp Monk Fruit syrup
Cut the banana into slices, aim in getting 6 - 7 slices per banana. Once cut, set aside.
In a separate bowl, add your nut butter, protein powder, nut milk and mix until a thick paste.
Spread one side of the banana slices and one bare slice place it onto, they look like little cookies, with the protein nut butter in the centre. Once all slices are done, cover and place in the freezer fro 40min.
After 35min, you can start making your dark chocolate mixture, make sure the chocolate mixture is not boiling.
Remove the banana slices from the freezer and coat them with the chocolate coating.
Place them back in the freezer for another 45min, before serving.
