CHOCOLATE CARAMEL PEANUT BUTTER

We of course enjoy our breakfast a certain way.
Or perhaps a more of a breakfast/dessert with a twist. It looks like a smoothie, but for sure thicker in consistency. A breakfast/dessert that allows you to add or remove and make it your own, along with ensuring you incorporate good quality processed free ingredients to your meal.
Yet, each persons taste buds + food preference are different, my aim is to respect others preferences + appreciate their food choices. And by sharing some ‘ideas’ as to what a delicious yet nutritious meal can look and taste, it allows opportunity for each to experience and experiment what works for them.
At the end of the day we can all benefit from enjoying more healthy whole foods.
Less is more when creating a dish, hence why I aim to share mealplan options that is easy to make, giving you and overview of how easily you can adjust and change according to our needs. NOT everyone HAS to like the same food, but we can all enjoy healthier whole foods.
Less processed foods prevents the chemical confusion between wanting more or being actually satisfied.
1 Frozen Banana
1/3 Cup of frozen coconut yoghurt
2 Medjool dates
1 Serving of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean protein
1 Serving of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff
1 Tablespoon of macadamia nut butter
1 Cup of coconut milk
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon of cacao nibs
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into your glass jar with the option to layer some toasted coconut flakes + quinoa chocolate cereal.
