CHOCOLATE BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT PORRIDGE

Adding a good amount of fiber to your diet is great when it comes to the health of our gut in the long run.
This overnight chia seed porridge is not only delicious, but it boasts many benefits thanks to the added fiber.
Our gut bacteria loves resistant starch, this is the type of starch that our bodies can not digest and therefore the friendly gut bacteria can.
They produce short-chain fatty acids that give our cells in the colon the energy it needs. Keeping the gut healthy and happy.
Another great benefits from adding resistant starch to your diet allows for fewer calories as well as increasing a feeling of fullness for longer as it takes longer to process.
1/2 Cup of chia seeds
1 Cup of hazelnut milk
2 Servings of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1/3 Cup of coconut yoghurt
1 Teaspoon of almond butter
Mix all the ingredients above together. Pop in the fridge for 1 hour.
Once the hour has passed, you can remove and scoop out into your two glass jars.
Layer some fresh blueberries and strawberries on top.
Once layered, you can drizzle a little bit of lemon juice and honey. Finally topping it off with blueberry coconut yoghurt.
Cover and leave overnight in the fridge for the next morning or you can enjoy it straight away.
Sprinkle with your favourite seeds and nuts.
