CHOCOLATE BANANA RICE PORRIDGE

This easy to make rice porridge is not only tasty, full of nutrients but feeding our good bacteria, increasing the production of short-chain fatty acids that provide energy to the cells in the colon.
The short-chain fatty acids act like superfood for your colon. Resistant starch has several beneficial effects on your colon.
It reduces the pH level, potently reduces inflammation. It keeps us metabolically healthy, stabilising blood sugar levels. Along in making us feel fuller for longer.
So, don’t throw your leftover rice away, food waste not only, is a waste of your money, but you are also not contributing to the planet. Reducing food waste allows us to reduce the amount of food waste that end up in landfills causing methane gas. This methane gas is a green house gas that is more potent than carbon dioxide.
1 Cup of leftover steamed rice
1 Serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff
1 Tbsp of Monk fruit syrup
1/2 Fresh cut banana
1 Tbsp of your favourite nut butter
1 Cup of nut milk
1/3 Pack of toasted cocoa coconut crunch
Mix all the above ingredients together, once mixed add some coconut yoghurt, fresh banana slices, activated cashews, sprinkle of hemp-seeds and a little more of the toasted coconut crunch.
