CHIA HEMPSEED DONUT BITES
These donuts are great to have in the fridge. They are good for hormones and good for the bones.
1 Cup pre soaked chia seeds
1/2 Cup Hempseed
3 Tbsp flaxseed meal
3 Tbsp collagen powder
1 Tbsp gelatin powder
2 Servings Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1 Tsp Reishi mushroom powder
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 Cup coconut water (room temp)

These donuts are great to have in the fridge. Good for hormones and good for the bones. High in omega 3 fats, protein, calcium, zinc & fiber and carb free. Making them paleo, keto friendly. Good for the hormones and bones plus these donut bites won’t spike your blood sugar levels.
What’s inside them 🤩?
Only whole foods that are minimally processed.
Add all together and mix until even. If it’s too dry add a little more coconut water. Too much liquid will not allow these bites to set. It needs to be a firm mix. Place them into your mould. Pop in the fridge for 2hrs to set before serving. Keep fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
