CHEWY FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES

These rich, flourless fudge brownies need just a few ingredients for the base and comes with several healthy frosting options!
A unique twist to commercial store bought brownies. Free from butter, oil, flour or sugar and are suitable for those following a vegan, gluten-free, paleo, keto, refined sugar free and dairy free lifestyle!
1 Cup pumpkin puree
1 Cup hazelnut butter
1/2 Cup cocoa powder
1/3 Cup dark chocolate (for baking)
1/4 Cup granulated sweetener like monk fruit sugar
1/2 Cup desiccated coconut
Add all the ingredients into your food processor until a dough like consistency. Once blended, place into your moulds or use a square tray by baking it in the oven at 180 degrees C for around 25min. Once baked, allow to cool, once cooled place the baked brownies into your fridge for another hour.
Prepare your chocolate coating by melting 1/2 Cup of dark chocolate with 1 Tbsp of hazelnut butter (smooth), once melted and an hour has passed you can coat your brownies with your melted chocolate. Place them back in the fridge allow the chocolate to set.
