Get your kids involved this festive season with healthy meal swaps, these healthy pancakes, certainly look like candy, they don’t have the refined sugars like candy and are so simple to make.

These candy cane inspired Pancakes are fluffy, naturally free from gluten, high in fiber and protein.

These are two key components to add to your breakfast routine.


Ingredients

COCONUT PANCAKE:

Green Layer:


Pink Layer:


Method

Mix all the ingredients together, once the batter is mixed you can start pouring your pancake batter into the pan, low/med heat, for 3min each side.


Layer them with coconut creamed flavoured filling.
