CANDY CANE COCONUT PANCAKES

Get your kids involved this festive season with healthy meal swaps, these healthy pancakes, certainly look like candy, they don’t have the refined sugars like candy and are so simple to make.
These candy cane inspired Pancakes are fluffy, naturally free from gluten, high in fiber and protein.
These are two key components to add to your breakfast routine.
COCONUT PANCAKE:
- 1/4 Cup of coconut flour
- 1 Servings of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 Serving of Nuzest Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff
- 2 Tablespoons of coconut oil
- 3 Large eggs or flaxseed eggs
- 2 Tablespoons of Honey
- 1 Teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of unsweetened desiccated coconut
Green Layer:
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Nuzest Good Green Vitality
- 1/3 Cup of coconut yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoon of coconut cream
- 1 Teaspoon of monk fruit powder
Pink Layer:
- 1 Teaspoon of Nuzest Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff
- 1/3 Teaspoon of beet powder
- 1/3 Cup of coconut yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoon of coconut cream
- 1 Teaspoon of monk fruit powder
Mix all the ingredients together, once the batter is mixed you can start pouring your pancake batter into the pan, low/med heat, for 3min each side.
Layer them with coconut creamed flavoured filling.
