Ingredients

Recipe by Charissa & Co.

So, we all know what chocolate bark is….So, since I did not have a baking tray our mold. I decided to make a thin brownie with a versatile option as to how you want to cut, shape it.

This thin brownie mix, is delicious to have when those cravings are lurking…Or even as a brunch-time meal. Just because all the ingredients is actually a full breakfast combo, by adding healthy fats, packed full of protein, along with added fiber and antioxidants from the dark cacao and berries.

This mixture is free from gluten, Paleo, vegan and dairy free.

Let’s get down to business…

Method

Using a large bowl, or for ease a food processor, add all the ingredient together and mix until the batter is evenly mixed.

Pour the mixture onto a flat tray, ensure to use non stick baking paper.

Sprinkle toasted coconut, dehydrated blueberries, banana and nuts.

Bake at 180C for 30-35min.
