BLUEBERRY OATMEAL PORRIDGE

Don’t let your mornings go without a good balanced protein breakfast along with a good amount of slow releasing fibres.
A unique twist to your usual porridge bowl, 100% delicious, and will keep you full all morning long. One bite and you won’t believe it’s sugar free, gluten free, vegan, and all natural!
3/4 Cup of gluten free oats
1 Cup of almond milk
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon of unsweetened desiccated coconut
2 Tablespoons of white chia seeds
2 Servings of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1/2 Cup of coconut yoghurt
1/3 Cup of blueberries
Start by blending the Almond Milk with the blueberries and vanilla protein powder, add in the chia seeds along with the oatmeal and keep aside to set.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together, once done you can mix it all together. Keep in the fridge overnight or you can enjoy it straight away.
I used toasted coconut flakes, dehydrated berries and some seeds.
