Blackout Dark Chocolate Banana Bread Skillet
There are 3 types of flours you can choose to use for this
1/4 scant cup coconut flour (used this)/2 scant cups almond flour/1 scant cup all-purpose flour
2 large ripe bananas
2 flax eggs (1 flax egg: 1 tbsp flax to 3 tbsp water, refrigerate for 15 mins to set)
2 tsp Nuzest's Good Green Stuff (makes it extra yummy and healthier!)
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark choc chips

So good, it’s hard to believe this is 100% plant based 🌱 “It’s like goreng pisang in a chocolate bread cake without the outer breading” this is the perfect description to how it tastes!

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and grease an 8 inch skillet with oil (for almond flour or all-purpose flour use 10-12” skillet)
In a large bowl, whisk together bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil and coconut sugar
Mix in the almond flour, cacao powder and baking powder until smooth.
Fold in dark chocolate chips then add batter to skillet and bake in oven for 45-50minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean)
Dig in and enjoy!
