Ingredients

1/2 Cup Chia seeds soaked in 1 Cup coconut water


For the Blackberry puree.

  1. 1 Cup blackberries
  2. 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice
  3. 1 Tbsp Manuka Honey
  4. 1 Serving Nuzest Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein

Method

Pre-soak your chia seeds and keep them aside. Blend the blackberry puree ingredients until a puree consistency. Then start combining the soaked chia seeds with the blackberry puree. 


Scoop out into your glass jars (serv 4pax), top with some fresh blackberries, coconut yoghurt and toasted coconut flakes from @cocobynuco for that delicious added crunch.
