The lesser evil on desserts. Here’s my take on desserts, as mostly everything we eat we want to focus on our unique self and health goals along with making it all balance. Therefore desserts can be the lesser evil, making a more balanced dessert with healthier alternatives when it comes from selecting the ingredients. You are definitely on the right track. Simple dessert-like ingredients can give you that dessert feel by just incorporating a few ingredients in different ways.
My tip for making your desserts: Aim to make at least 70% of the desserts ingredients healthy enough to eat on their own along with making you feel good.
