BERRY OAT BREAKFAST SQUARES
1 Cup of Organic Oats
1/3 Cup of quinoa flakes
2 Servings of Nuzest Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein
1 Flaxseed egg or egg
2 Large chopped Medjool dates
1/3 Cup of chopped walnuts
1/3 Cup of chopped blueberries and blackberries
1 Ripe fig chopped
3 Tablespoons of desiccated coconut
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
1/3 Cup of water (or nut milk)

These simple yet easy morning squares require no baking, you just pop it in the microwave for 3min.
To this breakfast I have added some plant-based protein from Nuzest, the Nuzest Wild Strawberry Clean Lean protein flavour works well with the berry combo.
If you are looking for a simple yet great way to add a little more quality of nutrients to the usual breakfast meal. Plus it is totally free from any additives, refined sugars, it's yours below.
Mix the above ingredients together until thoroughly mixed, it should be a dough like consistency. The chopped berries and dates along with the fig, should be very fine. If you have a food processor you can chop it in there for a few seconds. Once the mix is well mixed.
Flatten out into your small square tray, (my tray’s size 12x12cm). Pop into the microwave for 3min. Turn over once ready, allow to cool before spreading your toppings onto the squares. You can also have them plain. If you want to bake (bake for 8-10min on 180 Degrees C)
