Adding avocado to a protein shake is not only an amazing way to get in a serving of healthy fats to keep you fuller but also gives the protein shake a more creamy consistency.
This Avocado Protein Smoothie has been My breakfast almost every single day. It will quickly become your favorite smoothie too!
Try it yourself!
2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp Raw honey
200 ml water (feel free to adjust the water according to the thickness of smoothie that you want)
Blend all with high speed blender about 1 minutes until smooth.
Enjoy it with your favorite topping.
