AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Whole foods contains natures medicine cabinet, a host of chemicals where the compounds promote health. Most often these foods have components that are easily recognised by the body. Therefore easier to digest and absorb.
A simple avocado can be turned into a mousse like pudding, a great alternative to the processed versions you buy on the shelf.
2 Large ripe avocado
2 Servings of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1 Serving of Nuzest Good Green Vitality
3 Tbsp monk fruit syrup
1 Handful of baby spinach
1/3 Cup coconut cream
1 Tbsp Pistachio nut butter
1-2 Medjool dates (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together, once blended scoop into your glass jar. Cover and leave to cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours, before serving, scoop out the desired amount and finish it off with a sprinkle of cacao nibs and some dried fruit jerky ** see my other recipe.
