Each week, she’ll bring us a delicious smoothie recipe based on a Nuzest product that’s easy to make at home and full of flavour and nutrients. This week it’s a delicious Apricot Tropical Smoothie.
“Using Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein is not only a great way to add additional clean plant-based protein to your smoothie but it is so easy to blend, and it gives you a subtle hint of vanilla between the tropical flavours.”
1 Cup of freshly chopped apricots
1 Cup of frozen pineapple
1 Cup of fresh cut strawberries
1 Cup of frozen strawberries
2 Tablespoons of desiccated coconut
1.5 Servings of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1.5 Cup of coconut water
5 Blocks of ice
Blend all the ingredients together apart from the 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, once the mix is blended, pour one of the glass jars with your mix giving it more of an apricot flavour. For the other person who might prefer more strawberries, blend the other part of the 1/2 cup to the mix, blend and pour out into the other serving jar.
Giving you two tropical delights unique and refreshing with a touch of vanilla coconut.
