Most known as a Classic After-School Snack made with Protein-Rich Peanut Butter or some sort of nut-spread.
However as some kids are allergic to nuts, I decided to incorporate a nut free filling.
When it comes to kids it is often needed for some creativity. Antz on a log is a simple yet healthy way to get a good combination of greens, along with much needed protein.
5 Large celery stalks
FOR THE FILLING:
Cut the celery in half.
Once the Filling mix has been blended you can start filling the celery stalks with the strawberry coconut creamed filling, sprinkle with fresh fruits, or for added nut free crunch, activated buckwheat groats or cacao nibs.
