Kickstart your day with this protein smoothie!

Ingredients

BLUEBERRY LAYER: top layer

1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup blueberries
1 Handful spinach
1/3 Avocado
1 Serving of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1/2 Cup Macadamia nut milk
1 Medjool date
1 Tablespoon of cacao nibs

GREEN LAYER (base layer)

2 Handfuls of Spinach
1 Frozen banana
1/2 Cup of Macadamia nut milk
1 Serving of Nuzest Good Green Vitality
1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 Serving of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
2 Tablespoons of unsweetened desiccated coconut
5 Pieces of raw walnuts
1 Cup Ice

Kickstart your day with this protein smoothie!

Method

First start by blending the green layer, pour into your two glass jars until half. Pop the two glass jars into the fridge while you blend the final layer.

Once you have blended the Blueberry Chocolate layer, you can pour it into the jars to complete two servings.

Enjoy with a little crushed walnuts on top.
