3 MINUTE OATMEAL SQUARES
Recipe by Charissa & Co.
These simple easy to make healthy oatmeal squares are great for the whole family.
All you need is a 8 x 8 inch square glass tray (microwave safe)
Option if you have more time you can of course bake them instead.
As we are looking to do something more simple and easy to make we want to spend less time in the kitchen.
1 Cup of Oats (organic)
1/3 Cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
1 Serving Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1/3 Cup of chopped nuts
1 Whole Egg
1/3 Cup of nut milk
2 Tbsp Monk fruit syrup
Mix all the ingredients together until a dough like consistency is reached. The mixture should not be too wet or too dry. If it is wet you need to add a little more desiccated coconut or oats. Place into your glass jar, flatten the oat mixture out evenly. Pop in the microwave for 2-3 min.
Once done, turn the tray over onto a plate, the bake will pop out of the glass jar onto the plate with ease when it is cooked, if it does not come out, pop it in the microwave for another minute.
Cut into squares and serve with Peanut Butter and fresh banana.
