Important notice: 

- Due to Corona-19 Virus our shipping may be slightly delayed.  Please note the customer support email below and number

- Our warehouse follows strict rules with regards to handling goods all in compliance with current Government rules and regulations

- Package handover is moving to contactless.  This means your goods will be left outside of your home so not contact is made.  You will be requested to 'digitally sign' via an OTP request.   The J&T representative will explain this process on arrival of your order

Singapore Deliveries

In Singapore we deliver orders within 5 working days or sooner from our warehouse with J&T Express. Over time we hope to shorten delivery time as much as possible and we thank you for your support.

Shipping is free within Singapore. Shipping is made J&T Express and can take between 2-5 working days.  We do not offer time based bookings or specific delivery timing requests right now.

**Please Note.  Durning events and around public holidays such as 11:11, Christmas, Easter and other occasions, we have found that our courier service may become overwhelmed.  Due to this there may be additional delays of 2-3 days.

International deliveries

All international deliveries are packed by J&T express and then delivered by DHL.  We do not have an automated service to update your DHL tracking but you can request for this via an email following instructions below.

Orders may take approximately 15 days, sometimes longer if the package is delayed at Customs.
