Due to Corona-19 Virus our shipping may be very delayed. Usually we ship in 3-5 days, however J&T Express is experiencing extreme volumes and shipments could take up to 15 working days
If your experiencing delays:
- Please check the order tracking sent to you on the confirmation email and using this tracking link
- It is very important to ensure your delivery address and mobile numbers are correct as these are the main reason for missed deliveries
- Please note the customer support email is below. Due to an overwhelming number of requests, we only suggest you write in if your package is showing as 'miss-delivered'. Please refrain from writing in, if your package is 'pending delivery'. J&T Express will send your goods as soon as possible.
- Our warehouse follows strict rules with regards to handling goods all in compliance with current Government rules and regulations and offers contactless delivery.
- We do not offer self collection options due to current CB laws
In Singapore we deliver orders within 5 working days or sooner from our warehouse with J&T Express. Over time we hope to shorten delivery time as much as possible and we thank you for your support.
Shipping is free within Singapore. Shipping is made J&T Express and can take between 2-5 working days. We do not offer time based bookings or specific delivery timing requests right now.
**Please Note. Durning events and around public holidays such as 11:11, Christmas, Easter and other occasions, we have found that our courier service may become overwhelmed. Due to this there may be additional delays of 2-3 days.

All international deliveries are packed by J&T express and then delivered by DHL. We do not have an automated service to update your DHL tracking but you can request for this via an email following instructions below.
Orders may take approximately 15 days, sometimes longer if the package is delayed at Customs.
