Blend all ingredients in a food processor and pour into popsicle moulds. Place popsicle sticks in the centre of each mould. Freeze for an hour, or until set. Tip: Try changing it up by swapping peanut butter for pistachio or almond butter and fold in cranberries, blueberries and cacao nibs for a super yummy treat.
